Hello, we are Sergio and Rubén. Together we form Xerá Studio, with a team of architects who understand architecture in a different way than usual: simple but rich in details, open to new ways of doing things and, above all, creative. But always realistic.

We make your architectural project ours, getting fully involved and providing it with value that will grow over time. And everything always from the design and functionality, carefully supervising all aspects of the execution of work on site constantly.

Our building design and projection work covers private homes, but also businesses, hotels and unique constructions, always paying special attention to energy efficiency and sustainability. And if you want to go further, with passivhaus, breeam or self-sufficient housing projects, you can also count on us.

We understand that prefabricated architecture is the present, and we perfectly handle the new wooden frame, steel frame and precast concrete systems.

In our construction projects we are open to new ways of doing things. And this includes collaborating hand in hand with interior design studios and project managers, or implementing unusual ideas and approaches.

We work in collaboration with national and international firms. If it is interesting and different, we like it.
